Established in March of 2003, Green Parrot Bistro, formerly known as Le Bistro, was designed with concepts of Euro-Caribbean Fusion Cuisine. Located just off the lobby, next to the Green Parrot Bar and our pool, you will find this to be the perfect spot to reenergize during or after some fun in the sun! Enjoy casual Euro-Caribbean Fusion cuisine featuring lunch and snacks such as seafood dishes, salads, burgers and sandwiches. The Green Parrot Bistro also serves as a great spot for evening cocktails and leisurely dining.

Portofino Restaurant  

Portofino Restaurant is the newest most talked about dining experience on Ambergris Caye.

A great addition to our property this venue is located on the second floor of our main building, offering a unique romantic tree house setting with spectacular Caribbean views! A casual yet upscale ambiance paired with Euro-Caribbean Cuisine, serves as a great spot for evening cocktails and dinner. Daytime dining also offers a scrumptious lunches and great breakfasts!

For the romantic at heart, pier dining, which is a part of our Honeymoon Package, has become quite popular for special occasions! Enjoy dinner on our dock under a blanket of stars in a romantic setting prepared by your personal wait staff!
